Transmission starts - 1, 2, 1, 2 - This is the research squad reporting to Mission Control. We've just departed from Komoden and are now tracking the route of Hitman Hedge. Our initial report follows.
In the vast expanse of the Cosmik Universe, stretching across countless galaxies, solar systems, and planets, secrets and riches abound. Since the dawn of time, pilots from every conceivable boundary have fought for fame, power, but most importantly invaluable resources and rewards. After all, in this cosmos, reputation is everything.
Cometh Corp has dispatched an elite research squad to the farthest pilots academies across neighboring galaxies. One fateful evening, as they were having a drink at the dimly lit Galira Taverna on the remote world of Komoden, whispers from a shadowed corner caught their attention. Tales of the elusive Hitman Hedge - a rogue entity stealing from Komoden’s most affluent traders. Rumor had it, this thief possessed chests, not of common loot, but of rare and valuable items.
Pilots being pilots, the research squad decided to track down Hitman Hedge’s cargo and claim the fabled chests. And, if whispers in the dark are to be believed, the research squad will share these chests with worthy pilots… but only if they can outwit and capture the galaxy’s most elusive thief.
The Hitman’s Chest is the inaugural P2A story set in the Cosmik universe. Over the course of several weeks, pilots throughout the universe will have the opportunity to complete tasks and accumulate points to claim one of the numerous chests that Hitman has stolen from various galaxies.
To retrieve the precious cargo and collect their due, Pilots must achieve tasks to score points. The HIGHER the score, the HIGHER THE REWARD. Compete with other players to secure the finest Hitman's Chests! Keep an eye on our upcoming reports! New tasks will be added progressively, notably on-chain achievements, giving you even more options to take the best on your fellow fliers. The tasks will remain secret, work with other pilots to uncover the secret Cometh’s scoring card… or not, keep it to yourself if you’d like, that’s none of our business after all. Alright, alright, let us give you some hints:
The rewards contained in the chests are quite mysterious. The research squad will provide you with more intel on their nature. What could they be? Cometh’s new token, in-game rewards, partners' exclusive items.... who knows? Stay tuned for more , rewards will be revealed throughout the hunt!
The higher your score, the more precious your Hitman’s Chest will be. Be aware though, only pilots who have accumulated a certain amount of points throughout the search will be eligible to claim a Hitman’s Chest. Score as many as you can! Your Hitman's score is accessible directly in COSMIK BATTLE!
